Warranty & Returns

Rimrok products are made in the USA with the highest grade of materials. If any product should fail due to a material or manufacturer flaw, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 1 year of purchase. Issues associated with normal wear and use can be repaired at a minimal charge after the 1-year warranty is up.

Please contact support@rimrok.com for all warranty/fix requests.

Customers have 20 days after purchase to request a refund.

Refunds will be made once the item is received and determined to look brand new (no stains, cuts, breaks, wear spots, etc…).
